If you're happy with your policy, and don't want to make any changes, you can renew and pay for your policy online. You can also choose how your policy renews each year.

If you need help right now, please call within 48 hours of discovering your emergency. Your claim will be declined if your emergency is not reported within this time.

  • You can request a payment holiday.
  • You should consider if there's any part of your cover that you don't need anymore, or we can help you move to a different level.
  • We can see if there are any other ways to reduce the cost of your policy.

If something is going to change that might affect your policy, you’ll need to get in touch beforehand and let us know. Examples of this include:

  • you’re having building work at your property
  • your home will be empty for longer than usual
  • someone will be living with you who doesn’t normally

We support everyone who welcomes Ukrainian refugees into their home. If you’re taking part, you’ll continue to be covered under your Home Insurance and don’t need to tell us about the change in your circumstances.
